Flor Provacia was born in Curaçao in 1968 to Latin parents. She is a happy mother of two (2) daughters, one (1) son and the grandmother of four (4) grandchildren. As hobby Flor likes to travel, jog and listen to music. In the year 1990 Flor decided to move to the Netherlands to pursue her degree in Economic-Administration. After graduation she started her career at the Interpolis Insurance Company in Tilburg as Administrative Assistant. 4 years after living in the Netherlands, Flor moved back to her home country Curaçao to be reunited back with her family. Once back in Curaçao she started working in the banking Industry. In 1997 she was offered the opportunity to work at the Orco Bank, where Flor assumed various positions, among others being Receptionist/ Operator and Management Assistant. After working 6 years at the Orco Bank Flor was ready for a new challenge and made the transition to RBTT/RBC Bank in 2003 as Customer Services and Sales Representative. A position that she fulfilled with great love and satisfaction. During 2014 RBTT/RBCC Bank offered a voluntary lay off to its employees. Flor considered this as an opportunity to make the career change she has long been dreaming and planning about. Flor switched from the Banking Industry to Real Estate Industry and worked at a Real Estate Company from 2015 till 2018 as a Real Estate Agent. In 2016 Flor had the opportunity to participate in the Luxury Properties Showcase in Shanghai, an experience that greatly contributed to her development as a Real Estate Agent. During these years Flor had sold about 100 residential properties that were developed by S&H Construction / Villa Mar Construction (also known as Mr. Balentina and Mr Theodora's projects). After gaining broad experience and personal success during the previous years in the real estate industry, Flor decided to launch her own real estate agency in 2018, Azariah Real Estate and Services. Since the incorporation of Azariah Real Estate and Services, Flor successfully assisted in selling 44 residential properties. Needless to say, Flor has the skills and expertise necessary to provide first-class services to both buyers and sellers. In addition to guiding the buying and/or selling process, Flor proactively takes care of all concerns and questions and assists clients with details and information about available financing options. Clients greatly enjoy working with Flor and describe her as an experienced professional with a great deal of patience and enthusiasm. Her love for the job combined with her ability to define and understand her client’s needs and wishes, and her great social competence has allowed Flor to accomplish great success.
